I can't find my email invitation, now what?

If you have not done so already, here are a few things you can try:

  • Use your email's 'Search' box and enter 'iHealthSpace'. Any messages related to iHealthSpace will appear.
  • Check your Spam folder as your email service provider may direct mail from unknown senders here.
  • If you have more than one email account and may have given your doctor's office a different email, check your other email accounts.
  • If you still do not find this email invitation, please Contact Us to let us know. Include your name, doctor's name and date of birth in your message. One of our team members will help you out!

My email invitation expired, how do I get a new one?

You will need to call your doctor's office and ask them to email you a new invitation. You may also Contact Us to let us know. Include your name, doctor's name and date of birth in your message.

The link in the email doesn't seem to be working - what do I do?

Copy and paste the link into a brand new browser window. If you still have trouble, Contact Us to let us know and someone will give you a call to help you out.

I don't have an enrollment code - how do I get one?

You will need your personal enrollment code from your doctor's office to complete your registration. If you lost, misplaced or were not given this code, you can call your doctor's office and ask them to mail the code to your home. You may also Contact Us to let us know. Include your name, doctor's name and date of birth in your message. For security reasons, your enrollment code can only be mailed to your address on record at your doctor's office. Please call MGH registration at 866-211-6588 to update your contact information.
